1830 Chophouse is seeking an experienced and skilled Fine Beverage Host to join our front-of-house team. This position is more than just pouring drinks—it’s about curating an experience, telling a story through every cocktail, and elevating every guest interaction through knowledge, passion, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, organize, and maintain a clean and fully stocked bar
- Greet guests and guide them through our food and beverage offerings with confidence and enthusiasm
- Craft classic and signature cocktails with consistency and precision
- Enhance guest experience with thoughtful recommendations and impeccable service
- Support fellow team members to ensure a smooth, cohesive service environment
- Answer the bar phone professionally to take reservations and to-go orders as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced or fine dining setting (required)
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, and cocktail preparation
- Ability to memorize drink recipes, seasonal features, and menu pairings
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Professional, friendly demeanor with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to work as part of a team and stay calm under pressure

Compensation: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
